Time for what? Time to admit that I'm not sure it makes sense to create a blog and then not post anything in it.
It's not that I don't have a lot to say about my odd but gratifying brain-rewiring project... but I'm now thinking that Cranky Fitness might be a perfectly fine home for personal-growth type stuff after all.
The whole mind/body dichotomy is kinda old-school anyway, right? I can go back to defining "fitness" really, really broadly and then not have two blogs to feed. (Especially as the cupboards have been pretty bare lately and there are other projects in the works that I'm excited about).
I won't be rash and delete this thing yet, but let's just say we're on hiatus for now, and I'll see all 3 of you back at Cranky Fitness!
